Introducing the “My Policy Dashboard – Traditional Funeral”
Once you become a Stangen policyholder, you have access to the “My Policy Dashboard” portal which is positioned on the top right-hand side of our website. You just need to click on the Traditional Funeral Login.
Think of it as your mini online policy service centre. Here are steps to register and a list of what you can do on the online portal.

All we will need is your mobile number. ID number and Email Address.

- New Cellphone numbers
My Policies
You can review your policy details such as:
- Commencement date
- Cover Amounts
- Status of Policy
- People on policy
My Claims
- You can upload your claim documents
- Submit a claim to the claims department
- Get a verified list of documents you need to for us to process your claim.
My Documents
All the documents you upload and policy documentation will be accessible and available to you on the documents tab.
